As an animal lover, I have always seen my pets as family. To me, caring for them means providing healthy meals, love, comfort, and natural wellness support throughout their lives. Our pets cannot speak to us, so we learn to understand them through their behavior, emotions, and everyday well-being.

Today, herbs and roots are becoming increasingly recognized in the world of pet wellness. That growing movement inspired me even more to continue doing what I had already been lovingly doing for years with my own dogs.

Because of my personal experiences and my belief in holistic wellness for pets, I created Sacred Paws Tea as a gentle herbal blend that can easily become part of a pet’s daily wellness routine.

Many people may think, “You can’t give dogs tea,” and of course we would never serve it hot. Instead, once cooled, this herbal infusion can be added gently into their daily water intake or incorporated into homemade meals while cooking nutritious foods like chicken, brown rice, vegetables, all in soups, and other pet-friendly meals.

My own dogs have been enjoying their herbal wellness blends for years. My Maltese no longer struggles with heavy tear staining and discomfort around the eyes. My Cavapoo has experienced improved stomach comfort and a calmer more peaceful demeanor. My Shipoo has also benefited beautifully from this comforting herbal lifestyle. This blend of tea is given to them daily while cooking it in their chicken soup.

Serving Suggestions

Allow tea to cool completely before adding small amounts to your pet’s water . If used on chicken or beef homemade soup meals add the ingredients while cooking and leave them there as it is perfectly safe for dogs to eat it. 

Always introduce new ingredients gradually and consult your veterinarian regarding your pet’s individual dietary needs. 

 small dog (92-25lbs) :1-2 tsp in 8oz of boiling water. Let it steep for 15-20 minutes; let it cool down and add 16 oz. of cold water.

medium dog: ( less than 50lbs) 1-2 TBS in 8oz of boiling water. Let it steep 15-20 minutes; Let it cool down and add 16oz. of cold water.

  large dog: (more than 50lbs.) 2-3 TBS in 8oz. of boiling water. Let it steep for 15-20 minutes; Let it cool down and add 16oz. of cold water.
