Brewing Instructions

Boil 8 oz. of water in a kettle or small pot. Remove from the heat and pour on your cup.  Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea and cover to trap the volatile oils. Let it sit covered for 10-15 minutes. Best enjoyed during moments of rest, relaxation, and self-care.
